Brief explanation of how it works:

1.  Attach the 3D parts to the microscope (movement system (X, Y) and autofocus motor).
2. Connect the Arduino device and the motors. They will automatically move to the initial position.
3. Open ImagingApp (Android), connect the Arduino device via bluetooth.
4. Once the bluetooth connection is established, another window opens in the application to automatically capture the images.
5. Initially, the capture is performed at a predetermined position and autofocus is performed for each field of the image.
6. An initial detection is performed from the mobile device.
7. The best focused photos are saved and are ready to be sent to the computer (GLI software) for detection.
